Certified sommelier Timothy Campbell explores wine, from grape growing and food pairing to wine faults and climate change.

Timothy Campbell is a certified sommelier and an adjunct faculty member at College of DuPage, teaching Beverage Management. He will cover a wide range of topics: how and where grapes are grown, how to detect wine faults, how to pair wine with any food, how climate change is shaping the market, and more.
