Explore More Illinois is a cultural pass program that allows Illinois public library cardholders to get offers from museums, park districts, historical societies, performing and visual arts centers, and other attractions.
Eligibility & Details
- Passes may only be checked out by adult (ages 18+) Rolling Meadow Library cardholders.
- Reservations must be made for a specific date.
- You can have three active reservations at one time. Once one of the reservation dates has past, you can make another reservation.
- You will need to bring a photo ID and either a smartphone with the pass available on the phone or a printed copy of the pass. Some attractions require a printed copy, and that will be indicated when the you make the reservation.

How To Make a reservation
- Use your Library Card Number and PIN to login to Explore More Illinois External Link.
- Search for offers by date, attraction name, or location. You will see offers for the upcoming three months.
- Using the calendar, you choose the date you want reserve. Then choose the Reserve option under the attraction.
- A confirmation box will appear with the offer details and an email will be sent to you when confirm.
- You have the option of printing out a pass at that time or later. Some offers require a printed pass, others accept a mobile pass. Check your confirmation page for details.
- You will get a reminder email three days before your reservation.
- Bring a photo ID and pass on the day of the reservation.
